About Christmas delivery
For those who choose ITSUKI as a Christmas present, we will inform you about the delivery timing and gift wrapping.
Timing of delivery
- Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 23rd : Arrive on Friday, December 24th at the earliest
- Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 24th : Arrive on Saturday, December 25th at the earliest
If it is on a remote island or far from Nara where it is shipped, the timing of arrival may be delayed.
In addition, congestion of transportation is expected at Christmas. Please understand that there may be delays due to this.
