Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations： We do not accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after an order has been placed. However, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product for returns due to our fault.

However, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from your order, we will pay for the shipping costs of exchanging the item. In case of damage or stain during shipping, we will deal with it after discussing with the shipping company.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases
・Merchandise that has been in the warehouse for more than 8 days after delivery.
・Products that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned.
・Goods for which the delivery note has been lost.
・Products that have developed odors, stains, or scratches.
