【Direct gift delivery】Adding a carnation seal to the envelope

If you wish to send ITSUKI items directly to your mother, we will deliver them with a carnation seal affixed to the white envelope used for shipping.

It's slightly smaller than a real carnation, but it's a prominent seal. Your gratitude will surely be conveyed.

How to choose your wrapping

1. First, add your desired items to the cart, then
2. Go to the cart screen.
3. Proceed from "Set wrapping".
4. Proceed to "+ Add wrapping".
5. Select your desired wrapping from the options.

To send gifts by Mother's Day

ITSUKI ships orders according to the following schedule:

• Orders placed by 10 AM on weekdays
  Shipped on the same day as the order. Delivered as early as the day after shipment.
  *If you place an order after 10 AM on a Friday or the day before a public holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays
  Shipped on the next business day. Delivered as early as the day after shipment.

If you wish to have your gift delivered by Mother's Day 2023, please place your order by 10 AM on Friday, May 12th.
